I thought it was about time, I put pen to paper and express the level of service I have received over the years.
I have had many Saabs so you could say I'm a great fan!! I think much of my advocacy towards the brand is the reassuring feeling that any problem, with any of the cars I had / have, is never a problem...its always a case of a phone call.
Another great aspect is the hospitality when you arrive at the workshops and in particular - speaking to other Saab owners (we really are a very friendly bunch)!!
Many thanks and keep up the great work and and see you soon......although not too soon I hope.

Thought you might need the 'little piece of paper' should I ever have a problem, which I very much doubt.
Please convey my thanks to the very polite, friendly and efficient staff who dealt with the replacement. I was so impressed with the service I'm thinking of making the journey from Tunbridge Wells to have the 9-5 serviced when its due.
As its the first SAAB I have owned I will feel confident that it will be serviced by a reliable and trustworthy company.

I know this email may not seem necessary but I deem it very much to be so.
I would like to give my thanks with sincerest grattitude to Roy, the company and all the employees for helping to alleviate a headache which I thought may be with me forever...I really did start to wonder if ever anyone could help with the CIM problem.
As a company, you are honest, reliable and most important of all, accomodating and friendly; these factors staple a company high on my "cool wall". Definitely a "specialist" in your trade.

To tell the truth I was a little worried about buying a post 2002 SAAB cos folk kept saying they had become unreliable....I owned 2x 99's and 2x 900's and had a 94 for a little while and they really were class acts so I'm coming back with fingers crossed.
